I made version 1.1 of my Simple Photo Browser available, this release adds exif support if you have exif compiled into your php.
The white and black themes has been updated with exif support and there are some slight changes in the installation procedure. A sample of the exif support can be seen here

Over the weekend I gave the smtpinvite thing that I found on TechTV’s server a try. The idea is that the primary MX will always defer people – it exist solely for adding sending hosts to a whitelist – when the remote MTA then goes to the secondary it will let the mail through.
This works fine for most MTA’s that I looked at during the few hours I had it up. Sendmail however will not contact the secondaries when it gets a defer message it will just keep trying to talk to the primary on each retry! Surely that is wrong, I have not gone to study the RFC’s but it seems very stupid to me. So unfortunately I had to abandon the idea.

Rainy Days are really unproductive, especially over weekends. It feels like you are being robbed somehow. I took this today out of desperation, and I think I am quite fond of it.

I always love seeing the beauty that lies in things that exist purely for a functional reason. I went for a walk in Hyde Park today and came across some ropes that is supposed to keep people away from water that spilled after a pipe burst. The ropes have been there a while and have suffered under the wind and weather. I put up five photos that I took there, click on the image below.
